Scoring five runs in the first three innings, the Jackfish got off to a fast start against the London Majors and never looked back.

In fact, by the time the first inning was over, catcher fh fh threw a perfect throw to second base to catch a London base-runner attempting to steal second; the Jackfish execute a top-notch double steal followed by the first hit in Jackfish history, scoring the first two runs in Jackfish history.

For fans of baseball, this game had it all. And for fans of the Jackfish, a 9-1 victory!

But thanks to the Jackfish, you’ll have the opportunity to see this beautiful stadium in use. Many fans were grateful to Ryan Harrison (Welland Jackfish co-owner) and his ownership group for bringing the Jackfish to town.
